Excitement Vs. Fear or Nervousness
Feb 13, 2023Nervousness is a manifestation- an indicator - since emotions are manifestations. Nervousness is something that you’re not quite vibrationally up to speed with.
How have your beliefs or expectations come to be where they are about nervousness? What kind of an experience has trained you to not expect what you want? Nervousness is an active vibration that is to the contrary of something wanted.
Ask yourself, “What has trained me into that?” A belief is just a habit of thought, a thought you keep thinking.
What kinds of things cause you to perpetuate a belief or a vibration which prevents you from getting what you want now? Focusing on the false belief. What do you think is causing this belief to be active right now? There is a belief system within you that is contrary to what you want but in the here and now there is no reason for you in this moment to not be getting anything other than what you want…BUT you have a habit of vibration that bled into this moment and covered up the reality of this moment (the reality which is contrary to that old belief).
There are many moments in time when you are ready for what you want, for what’s in your Vortex, except that in the moment it begins to flow toward you, you instead let an old vibrational pattern become dominant. You allow an old vibrational belief to take over what is actually happening in the now (sloppy lazy thinking). The easiest thought to think is the thought you’ve thought the most.
How would you keep an old vibrational pattern from becoming dominant now? How can you stop sloppy lazy thinking?
By deliberately practicing new vibrational patterns and watching the outcome until you show yourself that you have vibrational control.
What is preventing this from happening? Old beliefs that you thought a long time ago? Old beliefs that you thought a week ago? Old beliefs that you thought yesterday? No. Old beliefs that you thought NOW. You don’t store the beliefs up. You gather the propensity for them. It’s likely that you will because you have done it so many times before. But it’s not because you did it that it’s happening, it’s because you’re DOING it NOW that it’s happening. They’re either being activated now or not. You are CHOOSING them now, or not. You have the power to do it differently now. You have the ability to see it differently if you try just a little bit.
Two ways to know you’re in alignment in the now:
- How you feel.
- What is happening in your reality.
Start to delineate and differentiate between fear and nervousness and excitement. How does it feel in your body? Butterflies down low in your gut or your solar plexus? Or a light excited feeling in your heart area?
Can you shift the fear and nervousness to excitement? It's one perspective shift away. All circumstances are neutral until we assign meaning to them.
