Just Add Water

Today I did my trifecta:  

  1. Dip in ocean

  2. 15 minute meditation in hot tub

  3. Shower listening to Abraham with shower speaker ($20 on Amazon!)

with my friend K and it was DIVINE.  ✨🌟💫🌟✨   We walk every Friday on the beach - rain, shine, sleet, snow...we've walked in blizzards before.  K is adamant about FUN FUN FUN and I love that about her.  She always shows up.  Always game.  

Today for the first time ever we waded on our walk  - it was super high tide.  We took time to stop and pick up cool shells, crabs and seaweed.  I offered her $100 if she ate some weird looking seaweed...she declined. 😆

K has a big job and she works a a lot.  We both have abundant lives.  Yet we do this every Friday.  It's a "discipline" we are proud of.

Today doing the trifecta together was magical.  I have noticed  when you "just add water" to your day or your Chickens' 🐣🐣🐣🐣🐣 day (if they're little), it changes everything.

People often say to me at Barrington beach when they see me hop in and hop out of the water, "That's it?!"  "Yup!"  I smile.  "Quick dip...and/but it changes everything." 

Today do your best to get in the shower or bath or if you have access to a natural body of water outside and/or a pool or hot tub, partake!  Yes, you have stuff to do - we all do - but if you "just add water" all will flow easily and beautifully in a way that it wouldn't have otherwise.
