Negative Beliefs, Part 2

This is about how to allow your brain to work in the clearest way possible - in the most aligned way with who you truly are - by clearing out the belief systems and definitions that have nothing to do with you. The beliefs you have inherited. The beliefs and perspectives you have had handed down to you. The beliefs and perspectives that come from other people and are not authentic to you. The diagram helps you understand how beliefs are structured so you can understand your utilization of these belief mechanisms. Look at this diagram a few times every day.
Positive beliefs are expansive. All beliefs have a mechanism within them that makes them self perpetuating. Beliefs have to do this because by definition, beliefs are ephemeral, so if they didn’t have a self-reinforcing component, you wouldn't be able to have a sustained perpetual experiential reality within that belief. You wouldn't be able to see the manifestation of that belief if the belief didn’t constantly perpetuate itself because the belief is constantly being chosen second to second to second to second. Yes, you choose your beliefs, again and again. Good to know! Why? Because you have a choice.
It may seem as if - in the illusion you create of continuity in space time - that once you have chosen a belief, it’s the same belief rolling along moment to moment, but that’s not what's happening. The perpetuation of the belief is designed to inspire you to continue to choose the same belief again in the next moment because in the next moment it is a whole new reality. You actually have to keep choosing the belief every single nano second in order to have the experience of ongoing perpetuation. So the idea of the self-perpetuating mechanism in a belief is not that it has an automatic momentum that carries it through space time - it’s that it has an automatic perpetuation mechanism that makes it seem like the thing you "should" keep choosing over and over again. MIND BLOWER: as you do that (choose it again and again) you are actually creating a new reality - new reality - new reality - new reality. But if you are in a sense buying into the perpetuation mechanism of that belief - positive or negative - then what you’re doing is creating a new reality every moment that looks very much like the reality you created a moment ago. Different places, different faces, same reality. As you continue doing this you create the illusion that it is the same reality and only changes slightly instead of understanding that it’s a completely different reality that has changed completely, except you’re making it seem like it hasn’t by allowing yourself to buy into the rationale in the perpetuation mechanism that says that it must be created again and again and again. If it’s a positive belief, it’s representative of your authentic self so you don’t mind this. But where you have challenge is where you don’t understand why you’re recreating the negative beliefs that you keep creating again and again and again. This explains why!
Look at the diagram: positive beliefs are more simply structured because they’re in alignment with your true authentic vibration, so they don’t need to be complicated or use a bag of tricks. Negative beliefs, on the other hand, are not in alignment with your true authentic vibration, so they need a big bag of tricks to sustain themselves. These negative beliefs segregate, dissociate, compartmentalizes rigid-ize and separate. Any wonder why it feels so crappy to have them? Thus they attempt to seduce you to go from the fluid ever expanding positive circular structure of the positive beliefs’ structure to the rigid crystalized structure with a big bag of tricks by making it seem like the thing to keep choosing again and again. So you need to recognize what those tricks are so you can choose to create a different belief other than the negative one, which is begging you to choose it. Begging you! So tacky, as my Mom used to say. 😊😊
One of the first thing that is clearly different between the positive and negative beliefs is that the positive always brings with it the ability to choose - and the negative do not. Fear based beliefs lock into your physical survival instinct to perpetuate the idea that if you don’t follow this belief, if you don’t perpetuate this belief, you will die. So it relies heavily on tricking you into believing that if you change that belief there will be nothing left of you – that the belief is all consuming and all representative of your true self. This is one of the first tricks it has up its little sleeve to seduce you to perpetuate it and perpetuate it and perpetuate it. This little trick magnifies the fear of survival, so you feel you must buy into it so you will survive.
The second thing that happens when you flip into a negative fear-based belief is it must reach into its little bag of tricks and make it seem like it’s not possible to change it. It tells you that it doesn’t have the ability to be changed. It must be perpetuated by its unchangeable nature. It traps you in a vicious circle of false beliefs that there is no way out. The very structure of the mechanism says there’s nowhere else to go, it is eternal, it cannot change. Look again at the diagram: it is structured very much like a virus. Interesting when you reflect back to 2020.
The negative belief also recognizes that it is fighting against a perpetual relentless stream of information from the higher self/mind attempting to reach your inner being because your higher mind is always sending information, light, and guidance to guide you back to your natural self. Always. Within the yin and yang there is always the opportunity to go in the opposite direction. Within the dark there is always the doorway that leads to the light. But when you’re in the light you understand that the door to the dark is just a choice. And you can choose not to go there.
When you’re in the dark, from the dark’s perspective, the door to the light is something to be avoided at all costs. So it disguises the doorway with an illusion of unchangeability so you won’t see the doorway to the light. The door to the light becomes invisible to your consciousness because when you are not at that vibration you cannot see it. When you are in the light/higher vibration, you can see all the doors and choices, and choose. From the dark it seems that there is no choice at all.
The negative belief tells you that you don’t have a choice to go back to the light. The array of tools it uses to take your attention off that doorway that leads to the light are like a viral cell (as I mentioned above) – structured like electrons around the nucleus of an atom. And it will constantly switch back and forth and use these in a variety of ways to constantly keep you off balance so you cannot see the door to the light. The negative belief uses a variety of mechanisms such as:
-
Projection
-
Rejection of ideas
-
Paranoia so you don’t believe what people are saying when they’re trying to help you
-
Avoiding all information that will benefit you by projecting it from a dark vibration
-
Seeing everything in a negative light.
