Trust
Jan 25, 2024People sometimes say to me, "Taylor I need to learn to trust."
"No you don't," I reply.
"Really, Taylor, I need to learn to trust. I have 'deep rooted' trust issues." they continue.
"No you don't," I say.
"Taylor, please, I need help with trust." they respond with annoyance.
"Okay," I say, "That is sort of true. You need help with choosing WHAT you trust. You already have trust, you just trust in these things:
-
"I am not good enough."
-
"I am stuck and powerless."
-
"Life is hard."
-
"I can't get ahead no matter how much I work and try."
-
"My life is full of lack."
-
"I am afraid."
-
"No one in my family.... (fill in the blank)."
Then I teach them to trust in these facts, instead (if they choose to, we always have a choice, because there is free will):
-
"I am light, love and divinity - "and can be, do and have anything that I want that is relevant to me."
-
"In every single moment, I am a brand new person in brand new moment with a brand new vibration and I am powerful."
-
"Life is a magical ride and I am excited by and expand with each challenge."
-
"When I follow my highest excitement to best of my ability in this now moment, let go of attachment to the how and when of outcome, release beliefs and perspectives which don't serve me, and maintain a positive attitude, I can be, do and have anything I want that is relevant to me."
-
"Abundance abounds."
-
"I am love."
-
"I am proud and excited to light the way for others whom I inspire."
