I am Teaching Myself To Lucid Dream 😊

 
Lucid dreaming is when you are aware that you are dreaming and can sometimes control the dream. It's a type of metacognition, or awareness of your awareness.  I am fascinated by lucid dreaming because while lucid dreaming, it is possible to shift and shuffle your astral plans for your day...and life.  It's possible to be aware in the dream so as to be able to see your astral blueprint, play around with it and edit it if you prefer.  Pretty cool.
I've watched a bunch of youtube videos on lucid dreaming and shows on Gaia about techniques and here are the basics:
 
  1. Choose, resonate and prefer to lucid dream and have an intention in mind.
  2. Write down your dreams daily.
  3. Use reality checks throughout the day, so you know you are not dreaming (one example: press your fingers against the palm of your hand, if you're in a dream they will go through your hand).

Advanced techniques:
 
  1.  M.I.L.D.:  As you fall asleep repeat “When I fall back to sleep I will realize I am dreaming.”  Imagine that in your previous dream you realized that you were dreaming.
  2. W.B.T.B:  Wake back to bed, sleep 4.5 to 5 hours and read from 5 to 50 minutes, try not to do it in bed, then fall asleep and imagine you will realize you are sleeping.
  3. W.I.L.D.:  Falling asleep consciously.
  4. Finger induced lucid dram:  Move two fingers slowly while falling asleep.
 
While dreaming:
  1.  Say clarity now.
  2. Say instead of thinking, “I choose to fly.” 
I have not resonated with the advanced techniques and/but have been doing 1-3 of the basics.  It's fun.  And one of my paths of 🌟 Highest Excitement 🌟
