The Threshold of Believability Test (TOBT)

If you recognize something as your preference and/but your belief system is saying it may be a long time until you experience it, the Threshold of Believability Test (TOBT) is a permission slip that helps you clarify what is going on and once you have that clarity, you may choose to shift it, if you prefer.  😊

 

Here's how the TOBT works.  You simply ask yourself if you believe that this preference will show up in 3D reality for you in… (choose a time when your belief system makes it a slam dunk).  For example, “Do I believe I will be able to quit smoking in 20 years?”  (Choose a time that is easy to believe.)  “Do I believe it is probable that I will quit smoking in 20 years?”

YES!  (no hesitation)


15 years?

 

Yes! (no hesitation)

 

10 years?


Yes!  (no hesitation)

 

As soon as you hesitate, that’s your threshold of believability.  So the time before the hesitation answer, is how long it will take, with your current belief system. 

 

Now choose to explore what belief is telling you it will take that long.  Find the belief.  And choose to change it. 

 

It’s always about the belief. 

Now take the Threshold of Believability Test again, once you’ve changed that old belief which didn’t serve you. 

When you hesitate again, you know how long it will take you with your new belief system.

Continue with this process until you are pleased with the time you have confidence in.  And that will be what you live.  Since your reality is a projection of what you believe.
